ALHAMBRA INTERNACIONAL IN COLLABORATION WITH THE NEW SERIES “GALERIAS VELVET”

This week, “Galerias Velvet” premiered on Spanish Antena3 television. This romantic drama was an instant hit, and by the first episode, TV audience ratings stood at 24,6%.  Galerias Velvet is a benchmark for high fashion couture in the Spanish´s 1960s and within its walls are the most stylish and elegant costumes of the moment. But here, there is also a romance that defies accepted norms and values at the time.

Alhambra International has collaborated with some stunning decorative fabrics that can be found in various of the settings. These include the sewing workshop, where the shelves are full of rolls and cuts of our designs, and  the glamorous galleries hall, upholstered with Scirocco fabrics. ALHAMBRA EN COLABORACIÓN CON LA EXITOSA SERIE "GALERIAS VELVET"

Esta semana se ha estrenado con un gran éxito en audiencia, alcanzando el 24,6% (casi 5 millones de espectadores), la esperada serie "Galerías Velvet", un drama romántico protagonizado por Paula Echevarría, Miguel Ángel Silvestre y Aitana Sánchez-Gijón, entre otros. Las Galerías Velvet son el referente de la alta costura en la España de 1958 y entre sus paredes se encuentran los trajes más elegantes y sofisticados del momento. Aunque no sólo hay moda en estas galerías, también hay un romance que desafía todas las normas de la época.

Alhambra Internacional ha colaborado con varios de los escenarios de esta serie. Entre ellos destacan el taller de confección, donde las estanterías se muestran repletas de rollos y cortes de nuestros tejidos, o el glamuroso hall de las galerías, en la que todos los vanos de la entrada están forrados con la tela Scirocco.
